Cupid under government reservation

Vijay, a final year student in a ‘reputed’ government college, at the peak of his virility, and Sunanda, a first year student, already experienced platonic love and eager to deflower, had to meet. Cupid knew they needed each other to pass Shakespearean love and achieve Freudian love. Amidst the blooms below the earth, hiding from the blows of harsh rains, their passion grew. Vijay anxious to test his testicles anticipant towards Sunanda would wait late after classes, and never did she disappoint him.

As the heavy rains percolated through the layers of soil in later monsoons, their affection flamed and she started ending her hours after college in his classrooms, where he couldn't possibly miss her. But ohhhhhh their fate, they had ended up together in the harsh restrictions of the Government. Once, devoid of passion as they sat, his hand playfully wrapped around her, the protectors and conservators of government laws, Prof. Chaganlal and Prof. Maganlal glanced at them.

Vijay was summoned in Chaganlal’s office right away.

‘You have to apologize, you have disrespected the institute.’
‘Sorry sir, extremely sorry.’
‘Give it in writing’
‘My apology, sir?’
‘No, what you did, and that you will not do it again’
‘But before I could do it you came sir’
‘Whatever, write a letter addressing the dean’
‘But I didn’t do anything sir’
‘No questions, i want everything in writing’
‘Alright sir’

And Vijay wrote a letter suggesting to mellow down his virility, during college hours and to restrict his manhood in college premises.

‘Here sir’
‘You have not written the date when you did it’
‘I couldn’t do anything sir, I told you’
‘Rewrite the letter, with date’

And the letter was written again.

‘Where is the time. You have not written the time when you did it’
‘Sir I did not do it’
‘No arguments, rewrite the letter with time’

And the letter was written again for the third time and submitted, the cupid had reached his later thirties by now.

‘Fine, now call that girl whom you did to she needs to sign it to validate’
‘We didn’t do anything sir’
‘Call the girl’

And Sunanda was summoned and made to sign, the cupid had grown old by now. With the attestment of the letter, Sunanda and Vijay, felt like a registered couple; and the cupid died. He could not sustain the government policies and reservation made on him. He was not brought up to restrict himself in times and spaces. Unfortunate cupid, to come under the government reservation.
